Wishing & Bone

Two Kinds of Trouble

Tom and Noam have been making music together in blues, country and folk ensembles for over forty years.  Bands and projects have come and gone but Wishing & Bone, the core collaboration for both of them, has endured.

Writing together and separately, the two have complied a small catalog of original tunes that span the width of American roots music.  Their latest CD release could be thought of as a ‘double album’, with half the tunes performed as an acoustic duo, the other half with full band and numerous collaborators. From the salacious New Orleans Rhumba groove of  ‘Honey Do’ (featuring Pete Devine on drums) to acoustic ballads of romance and regret, this compilation showcases the wide range of  Tom and Noam’s musical interests and talents.
